Change of Mind:We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Cancellation of Orders:
Our site does not support order cancellations directly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello.putandpaper@gmail.com , provided your order has not yet been processed. A 6% fee of the total order value will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once the parcel has been fulfilled (i.e., tracking number provided), our Refund Policy will apply.

Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund for store credits.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through email will not be accepted.
